We are based in Blackpool and work across the Fylde coast, from Lytham to Fleetwood. Everything below is a standard visit — no travel charge, no minimum job size.
Blackpool
Where we are based, so most jobs here are booked within a day or two. Terraces, seafront flats and post-war semis, plus a good number of holiday lets.
Lytham St Annes
Older detached and Edwardian stock, where system sizing and pipework runs matter more than a catalogue price. Bathroom refits are the bulk of our work here.
Poulton-le-Fylde
Village properties and newer estates. Combi swaps, smart controls and full-system upgrades, usually two to three days on site.
Thornton-Cleveleys
Semis and bungalows, many with cylinders and gravity hot water still in place. Conversions to a sealed system are the common job.
Fleetwood
Terraces and rented stock near the docks, so landlord certificates and breakdown work make up most visits. Portfolio checks grouped by street.
Kirkham and Wesham
Inland properties, some off the mains gas network — we will tell you on the survey if oil or a heat pump is the sensible answer instead.

What every visit includes
The same terms wherever you are on the coast. If we cannot get to you, we will say so on the phone rather than waste your time.

How quickly we can get to you
Same-day callbacks Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings by arrangement. Call before 10am and we will try to get to you the same day. We are based in Blackpool, so FY1 to FY4 is usually the quickest — but nowhere on the list is treated as an outlying job or priced like one.
Out of hours is by arrangement. We are not a 24-hour call-out service and we will not pretend to be — ring and you will get a straight answer about when we can actually be there.
